At the recent North Carolina School Superintendents Association Next Generation Superintendent Development Program, I had the opportunity to ask superintendents from around the state what education issues they thought candidates should care about. As you will see in the video below, topping superintendent concerns is teacher pay and the pipeline of teachers coming into the state’s education system.
