In this episode, the Tar Heel Teachers chat with Dr. Don Phipps, superintendent of Caldwell County Schools, and his twin brother Ron Phipps, associate superintendent of data and accountability for Cumberland County Schools about their educational journeys. They have been servant leaders in North Carolina’s public schools for over 30 years.
