Gregory Singleton is the dean of workforce & continuing education programs at Central Carolina Community College, where he also leads the college’s regional prison reentry work. He was the 2022 North Carolina Community College State Staff Person of the Year for his reentry work at Craven Community College, where he was the director of community workforce readiness and project manager of the Craven Pamlico Re-Entry Council.
