Chunyi Xu

Chunyi Xu is a Master of Public Policy student at Duke University. She comes from Shanghai, China, and studied public relations and economics at Boston University. She has experience in the public and the private sectors related to communications and media technology. Since developing an interest in social policy, she has been working on projects related to early childhood education, truancy mediation, and the juvenile justice system. Chunyi is currently working with EdNC on a project regarding the inclusion of home-based child care in public pre-k programs. Her ultimate dream is to develop, implement, and manage public policy to advance equality and community welfare. In her free time, she enjoys anime. Her favorites are Attack on Titan and Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End.
