Alice Dolbow
Alice Dolbow serves as a senior adviser for LatinxEd, where she focuses on strategies for increasing postsecondary access for Latinx youth in North Carolina. In her role, Dolbow collaborates with educators, school counselors, community partners, and higher education professionals to identify and dismantle structural barriers to college access and success. Through her work with LatinxEd and as a facilitator with UndocuCarolina, Dolbow advocates for undocumented youth in their pursuit of higher education. Previously, she worked as a high school physics teacher in Georgia and North Carolina and in undergraduate admissions at Duke University. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Duke University and her Master of Arts in Education from Wake Forest University.
